A day is usually enough for a transfer. Roadshows want longer, and delegations longer still — not because a car is hard to find, but because the expectations around them take time to set properly.
Flights are tracked, so an early landing or a long delay changes nothing at your end — a back-up chauffeur is held ready either way. You are met inside the terminal, not at a kerb. Waiting time of sixty minutes runs from touchdown.
Several cities in a day: collected from the airport, held between meetings, returned to the airport at the end of it. On multi-day work abroad the chauffeur stays in a hotel nearby while the assignment runs. Where the day ends abroad and driving hours allow, the car is brought home rather than left.
Convoy work is regular rather than exceptional. Movements are planned with your own security team, with a team you have engaged, or simply to your preference. Our chauffeurs are trained in protection and security; they are not close-protection officers, and we do not present them as such. Where protection is needed, we introduce specialists we work with.
The car either waits at the door or holds nearby and returns on call, whichever suits the evening. Arrival is timed rather than approximate.
