The Concierge
The arrangements around the movement. Asked once, remembered afterwards.
A table that was full. A florist at seven in the morning. A suite held while the meeting overran.
The concierge commission exists because the car is rarely the whole request. It is handled by the same people who hold your itinerary, so nothing has to be explained twice.
Most of it happens outside the Netherlands. A suite held in Monte Carlo, a table in Milan, a house arranged before the party lands — wherever the itinerary goes.
The Concierge usually grows out of a chauffeur commission, but it is not tied to one. It can be taken on its own, for a single occasion or held month to month.
One person holds your dossier and stays with it. There are others behind them, but the file does not change hands. They sit with the chauffeurs rather than apart from them, which is why nothing has to be relayed twice. The telephone is answered at any hour — someone is awake, and able to act on it.
It was arranged in thirty minutes.
Accommodation
Rooms and suites in houses we know, held under our name where it helps.
We keep standing relationships with a number of houses — Monte Carlo, Strasbourg and Bormio among them — but we are not limited to them. The right house is the one that suits the party, and we will find it whether or not we have used it before.
Tables & access
Restaurants, boxes, private views and the occasional closed door.
Notice depends entirely on the door. Some want a week; some want an hour. Tell us what you would like and you will get an honest answer about whether it can be done.
Guest hosting
Visiting partners met, moved and looked after on your behalf, to your standard.
If you are flying someone in, the whole of it can sit with us: the ticket or the aircraft, VIP handling or a personal meeting at the aircraft steps, the chauffeur, and whatever else the day turns out to need.
The unlisted
Requests that fit no category. Ask; the answer is usually yes, quietly.
A client once telephoned from the gate, an hour from boarding for Amsterdam, wanting VIP handling and an S-Class for the rest of the day. It was arranged in thirty minutes. Dinner that evening was at a restaurant usually committed weeks in advance.
